Enhanced Preschool
For children who are between 3-5 years of age, who have not entered Grade 1 yet. The Enhanced Preschool Program will run from September to June, 9am – 2:30pm at our Regan Ave. location.
Daycare
Geared towards children from 1 to 5 years of age at our Austin Ave. location.
Out of School Care
This program is for children in kindergarten to grade 5 who need before and after school care.
Over The Rainbow is participating in the new Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative created by the B.C. Government
We Care
We offer Enhanced Preschool, Daycare, and Out of School programs in the Tri-cities area of Metro Vancouver in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. With a combined 30+ years of child education experience, we have been providing child-minding services since 1988.
We have been chosen as one of the favourite Daycare centres in the Try-Cities by the readers of the Tri-City News, published on October 24, 2012.
We have also been voted one of the best Preschools in 2015.

Registration
Daycare
Daycare registration is ongoing as space becomes available.
You must call the Registration Office to check for availability and, if need be, to place your child’s name on our waiting list.
This program is only offered at our Austin Ave. location.
Enhanced Preschool at Regan Ave and Out of School Care in Both Locations
Every year in January we do registrations for current families and their siblings first. Registration for returning families is done after that.
Registration for new families starts at the beginning of February. Please call the Registration Office to be added to our waiting list.
All registrations must include the Registration Form, Registration Fee, and Signed Contract. September fees are due August 1st and can be paid with PAD agreement, e-transfer, post-dated cheques or cash.
After August 1st each year, your September fee will not be refunded if a cancellation is necessary. Cancellations need to be made before Aug 1st.c
Returning Students
We will let you know the date, time, and location of our registration days in advance. We will not accept any registration forms given to teachers at any of our locations.
You will be confirmed by phone if you have a spot in your desired class after we have received the registration form, registration fee, and post dated cheque (dated Aug 1st).
New Students and Waiting List
We currently have a waiting list. We will be contacting those on our waiting list in the order names were placed.
If you have not already contacted us, please call our Registration Office and leave your name, phone number, and indicate which program/group you wish your child to attend. We will be contacting you in the order we received the phone calls.
You will be asked to complete the Registration Form and bring it along with the Registration Fee, and a post-dated cheque for August 1st of the current year to our Registration Office (address at bottom).
